This platform serves as the central repository for housing the digital content, podcasts, and microlearning videos generated throughout various stages of our project. Moreover, the development of an online networking space between mental health experts and managers further enriches the platform’s utility.
Toolkit comprising microlearning videos, podcasts and web/mobile apps for mental health care at work.
MH4HRM is spearheading innovation with the introduction of dynamic digital content delivered through various mediums. One such innovation is the creation of podcasts, offering insightful discussions in an audio format. These podcasts, available for download or streaming on the project website or any podcasting platform, provide a convenient avenue for users to access valuable information and guidance on mental health topics. Complementing this initiative are microlearning videos, each spanning 3 to 5 minutes, covering diverse subjects ranging from stress management to self-care techniques like mindfulness. These bite-sized videos are designed for quick consumption, making them ideal for busy professionals seeking practical tips for enhancing mental well-being. Furthermore, the project aims to develop a mobile application equipped with mentoring programmes tailored to promote mental health and well-being among workers. This app serves as a comprehensive resource hub, offering support and guidance to users on their journey toward improved mental wellness.
