Svjetski je dan mentalnog zdravlja 2025. g. usmjeren na temu: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201ePristup uslugama mentalnog zdravlja u katastrofama i hitnim situacijama\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Iako ova tema nagla\u0161ava potrebu za podr\u0161kom u kriznim situacijama, ona se mo\u017ee povezati i s izazovima s kojima se susre\u0107u dana\u0161nja radna mjesta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Za\u0161to je mentalno zdravlje na radu va\u017eno?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mentalno zdravlje na radnom mjestu temelj je kolektivne dobrobiti. Vi\u0161e od 84 milijuna ljudi u EU se suo\u010dava s problemima mentalnog zdravlja, a stres povezan s radom jedan je od vode\u0107ih \u010dimbenika. Prema Europskom Institutu Sindikata (eng. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">European Trade Union Institute<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), stres na radnom mjestu godi\u0161nje uzrokuje vi\u0161e od 10 000 smrti u Europi, \u0161to je vi\u0161e nego \u0161to uzrokuju tjelesne ozljede na radu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Veliki opseg posla, nesigurnost zaposlenja, nedostatak autonomije i uznemiravanje na radnom mjestu klju\u010dni su faktori koji uzrokuju psiholo\u0161ki stres. Posebno su pogo\u0111eni sektori poput zdravstva, obrazovanja i uslu\u017enih djelatnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Praznine i nejednakosti<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unato\u010d rastu\u0107oj svijesti, pristup podr\u0161ci za mentalno zdravlje i dalje je ograni\u010den. U mnogim europskim zemljama manje od 30% zaposlenika ima pristup psiholo\u0161koj podr\u0161ci na radnom mjestu, a javna ulaganja u mentalno zdravlje \u010dine tek 2% ukupnih zdravstvenih tro\u0161kova, \u0161to je znatno ispod preporu\u010denih 5%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mala i srednja poduze\u0107a se zbog ograni\u010denih resursa \u010desto suo\u010davaju s pote\u0161ko\u0107ama u provedbi mjera podr\u0161ke, \u0161to stvara jaz izme\u0111u velikih korporacija i manjih tvrtki.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Inicijative koje \u010dine razliku<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neke organizacije i zemlje predvode promjene:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Enel (Italija)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je uveo programe prve pomo\u0107i za mentalno zdravlje, fleksibilne opcije rada i kampanje podizanja svijesti poput <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Break the Stigma<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Francuska<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je implementirala Zakon o pravu na isklju\u010divanje (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Right to Disconnect<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) \u0161tite\u0107i radnike od digitalnog stresa izvan radnog vremena.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Europska komisija<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> je 2023. g. pokrenula sveobuhvatnu strategiju s 20 inicijativa i 1,2 milijarde eura sredstava za pobolj\u0161anje pristupa uslugama mentalnog zdravlja.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Osim toga, OECD procjenjuje da svaki ulo\u017eeni euro u mentalno zdravlje donosi do 4,70 eura dru\u0161tvene i ekonomske koristi, \u0161to dodatno opravdava pove\u0107ana javna ulaganja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Pogled u budu\u0107nost<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ovog 10. listopada poruka je jasna: mentalno zdravlje mora biti prioritet na svakom radnom mjestu, posebno u kriznim vremenima.
