unapre\u0111enju kompetencija za upravljanje mentalnim zdravljem unutar europskih poduze\u0107a. <br>Osna\u017eivanjem HR stru\u010dnjaka klju\u010dnim vje\u0161tinama, tehnolo\u0161kim resursima i osnovnim znanjem, cilj nam je poticati dobrobit zaposlenika usred dana\u0161njih izazova na radnom mjestu.<br>Kroz ciljanu edukaciju i strate\u0161ku podr\u0161ku nastojimo opremiti HR stru\u010dnjake alatima potrebnim za u\u010dinkovito prepoznavanje, rje\u0161avanje i ubla\u017eavanje problema mentalnog zdravlja, \u010dime promi\u010demo zdraviju i otporniju radnu snagu diljem Europe.<\/p>
